Terms and Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Mestermatch platform. By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mestermatch you agree to these terms. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Information you provide about yourself and your company must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Description of Service

Mestermatch is a matching platform connecting property owners with craftsmen companies. We facilitate contact and quotes — but are not a party to agreements made between owners and companies. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of work performed by registered companies.

4. Property Owner Obligations

As a property owner you agree to provide truthful and complete information in your enquiries, to respond within a reasonable time to received quotes, and to enter into binding agreements with companies in good faith.

5. Company Obligations

As a registered craftsmen company you agree to hold a valid CVR number and legally required insurances, that quotes you submit are genuine and comply with applicable rules, and that you do not contact property owners outside the platform.

6. Payment Terms

Access to premium features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically. Prices are shown on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mestermatch is not liable for damages, losses, or expenses arising from use of the platform, agreed works, inaccurate information, or technical errors. Our liability is in all circumstances limited to the subscription fees you have paid in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or Danish law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the ordinary Danish courts, with the Copenhagen District Court as the court of first instance.
