Mestermatch is the data controller for the processing of personal data we receive about you. Contact: hej@mestermatch.dk

What data do we collect?

We collect information you provide directly — including name, email address, phone number, and company information (CVR number, address, category) — as well as technical data such as IP address, browser type, and platform usage.

Legal Basis (GDPR Article 6)

We process your data on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)) — when you create an account or request quotes; (b) legitimate interests (art. 6(1)(f)) — to operate and improve the platform; (c) consent (art. 6(1)(a)) — for marketing, which you may withdraw at any time.

Data Processors

We use the following sub-processors: Neon (database hosting, EU), Vercel (hosting, EU/US — SCCs), Resend (email, US — SCCs), Stripe (payments, US — SCCs), Pusher (real-time messaging, EU), Uploadthing (file storage, US — SCCs).

Retention Period

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 3 years after closure for accounting and legal purposes. Anonymised usage data may be retained indefinitely.
